Thank you for serving as a Campaign Coordinator! Your role is vital to the mission and vision of United Way SEMS. 

As we embark on the 2020-21 United Way Campaign Season, we are doing so with a focus to "Respond, Recover, Reimagine, Rebuild." It will be a new challenge for all of us to recover and rebuild while additional waves of the virus may be hitting this fall and winter. Nevertheless, we are rebuilding for better, more equitable, and more resilient communities. 

United Way wants to make your workplace giving campaign as simple as possible. The following tools are designed to help make your job easier. Remember, if you need any assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

Now, more than ever, your role as a United Way Campaign Coordinator is crucial to helping us do what we do best in the aftermath of disasters – help communities respond, recover, rebuild, and reimagine for the long term.

Steps for Wrapping Up Your Campaign:

  1. Conduct final follow up with employees and collect pledge forms, cash, and checks.

  2. Complete the Campaign Report Summary (see link below).

  3. Return completed report summary along with pledge forms, cash, and checks to United Way of Southeast Mississippi.

  4. Recognize and thank volunteers, donors, and CEO/Senior management.

  5. Evaluate your results and prepare written recommendations for next year’s campaign.
