United Way Day of Action 2024

United Way Day of Action gives people and organizations the opportunity to make change happen in our community.   Whether you're donating school supply items, organizing a school supply drive at your organization or getting involved in  a hands-on project with United Way of Southeast Mississippi, your efforts count!

School Supply Drive

Education is essential to unlocking a student's potential and achieving financial success. However, for many families and teachers across our local community, the cost of buying school supplies can be a significant burden. United Way SEMS' School Supply Drive will provide school supplies to students and teachers who need them most. All supplies collected will be donated to Lamar County School District, Petal School District, Hattiesburg Public Schools, Forrest County School District, Columbia School District, and Marion County School District.
