Thank you for agreeing to serve as an Employee Campaign Coordinator! Your role is vital in United Way’s success! We need you to be the voice of United Way and help spread our message in the community.
United Way wants to make your workplace giving campaign as simple as possible. The following tools are designed to help you and make your job easier. Remember if you need any assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office. Also, please let United Way staff know whenever you have any campaign activities going on. We’d love to attend and show our appreciation.

Employee Pledge Card

Designation Card (fall 2011- spring 2012)
To designate to a certain agency, this card must be completed in addition to a pledge card. Feel free to make photocopies if more are needed. For the fall 2011 campaign, designations ($50 minimum) must be received by the United Way office by March 15, 2012 to be honored for the upcoming year.

If your company does not use our local pledge cards or you do not turn in copies of the pledge cards to our office, please list your Loyal Contributors (donors who have given for 10+ years) on this form and return it to the United Way office.
